29th Decree - Royal Poll [Video]
[The Thor is gong to be graced with the image of one of the resident displaced royals on the ship. This time it is Ashura with all his elf-like glory. He waits a moment before he begins to speak, as if waiting for the crowd to quiet down at an assembly. Sure he knows it's not a real assembly and probably most of the ship will ignore this, but when one is trained in speech making, one abides by the laws of speech making habits.]
I have been here for some time, and while I find the jobs the Thor offers monthly.... interesting, I admit I find myself at a loss to finding a place for me. I am sure others feel this way, so you can understand. The facts are I am used to being the source of command, in charge, so to speak. That being the case, I have wanted to start my own business here on the Thor, as I know several others have done, including my current roommate.
Considering my skills, I thought to offer this - swordsmanship and dance classes. I know the two sound estranged, but they really are not, at least, not the style I teach. Personally I feel that everyone on the Thor should have some basic knowledge on how to defend themselves, so I would hope my classes would serve that purpose for many if they so choose.
I suppose what I am really wanting to know is would anyone be interested in this? Dancing or swordsmanship, or both. I would honestly like input on this, as I must admit though running a business is probably something like running a country, it is not quite the same thing.
