No, she's not been here for... some time now. The most recent Winry was wormholed this past April.

Having worked closely with her, she explained many of the mechanics. I'm not as good as her by far, but my job description requires mechanical know-how.

There are quite a few mechanics here, and I've considered letting other people work on it before, should the need arise. Thing is, if I allow else anyone to touch it, she'll slap me with her wrench the next time she arrives. Even if it was an emergency.
