Wasn't exactly expecting it. Still had to assess situation, determine cause of nausea. Can't administer treatment if unsure of what treatment should be.

Unnecessary. More than prepared most situations. Broken limbs, bleeding, nausea, pulmonary embolism, cardiac arrest, hemorrhaging, kidney failure. Got it covered.
