[The reply comes later once the rogue experiment has been captured and contained in what now seems to be a constantly rattling cage.]

Of sorts. I didn't expect it to be this...unpredictable

What was the point of it, anyway?

It was a necessary component for one of the other experiments I am working on.

[Oh snap it's the boss!!]

[Flashing a strained smile for ya there Brucey.]

Yes mister Wayne. I did anticipate something going wrong so I made sure to remove all breakable objects from the chamber before the test. Still it exceeded my expectations.

I'm more concerned that a table will take your head off, as it were, but that's reassuring as well.

[Well that's...interesting.]

No. It's a component I was developing. It sort of overshot it's intended purpose.

Overshot? Does it mean it did too well??

[Oh hey there Miku he hasn't seen you around in a while now]

An experiment with a new type of alloy I developed.

Hahaha you're too kind. It still fairly low level but it helps being able to make the parts you need in your head for a project.

[Well hello there person he's never met.]

...I suppose you can say that.

Forgive me. As a scientist myself, I can sympathize with the dangers - and joys - of an experiment with unexpected results.

[Ah a fellow scientist. That changes things.]

There's nothing like that excitement of an experiment when you start it is there.

[Ah yes so thrilling]
