Some refugees have expressed valid concerns with regards to the Purist presence in the on-ship media. With that in mind: would there be interest in producing something on our own, something for refugees, by refugees?

I'd say it's about time we made our own statements.

Anything but an outright declaration of war against the rest of the ship. It should be what the refugees want to produce, after all.

So a newspaper or something of the sort? I can get behind that. What about distribution? Will it be over the Guide? I could see problems if it gets into the wrong hands.

A newspaper, radio shows, videos- anything. Whatever people want to see.

The Guide would be easiest, depending on the medium, but newspapers could easily be distributed physically.

Hm. Guide work work the best; we can filter that the easiest.

Though keeping out options open would be a good idea.

Still, before getting to that, we'll need people to actually make the content. You have any of that lined up?

I'll probably help with that, then. Haven't really done much in journalism before, but I'll work something out. Given some of my plans regarding the Purists and all, it'll be useful.

I'll be restarting an organization from back home soon here. It'll act as sort of an underground protection and intel agency, as well as whatever stuff we can help out with. But for it to work, I need contacts. People to work with. For. Not going to openly advertising, but being able to talk to a lot of people at once will be useful.

That'll come in time. Just because one has a destination doesn't mean they have to live in misery for the journey.

Besides, we can do more than one thing at a time. Make money to rebuild our planet and work to make life better for refugees here. The two aren't mutually exclusive, either.

No, they're not. But some people seem to think efforts to change the Thor are equivalent to betraying their home planets.
