Well, Im afraid it looks like theres no easy way for you to make amends in the verbal sense alone
though to be quite honest, having the conflict swing in the physical direction wouldnt be much good either
...In fact, though I understand that 11th might have a divison policy for those sorts of things, a physical conflict really might not be in the your best interests at all, in this case
