I'm not sure about that. I want the Guildhall to be as accessible as possible, right where we can get our hands dirty in the affairs of the ship.

Also...

I don't know if Shinpachi robbed a jewelery store or won the lottery or what, but... I think we can afford a fully-fledged Guildhouse right here on the ship.

I was contemplating membership, however I do with to know a little more about how it is structured.

All right. This is going to be mega-long, so bear with me!

I'll start at the bottom of the chain of command and work up: Normally, all Guild recruits start as an apprentice. ... however, pretty much everything is unfilled right now, and there are some mega-skilled magicians joining, so I think once the New Guild is set up I'll be allowing for promotions right into higher positions at the start

I have, and it's just enough for a new Guildhouse... but there's still a lot of other work to be done! I mean, for example, there's no question we'll have enough to build the classrooms and library, but we'll still need teachers, students, books...
