[The guide shows a pile of broken furniture, most of which have the odd broken or snapped leg, arm. You name it it's most likely broken. Finnian comes over and picks up his guides, staring at it for a good few moments.]

Uhhhh, I don't think I'm doing this right still. When you test furniture, do you test to see if it can break easily?

I hope so, or else I'm going to get into big trouble.

[And now the boy looks worried, he didn't mean to break them.]

Big trouble? Um...did they tell you to break it?

They told me to test it. But I don;t understand how to test something.

If you're going to break them, at least break them evenly on both sides!

How can you break something evenly?

Break both sides in the exact same way! If the chair has one broken arm, it's unbalanced!

I can't do that though, it's usually an accident. Though how can it be unbalanced when it's broken?

That's one way to test it. Nobody wants a chair that breaks easily, anyway!

Really. Are chairs not meant to break easily?

Chairs are meant to be sturdy! If they break, then they aren't up to standards.

I know people sit on them, but usually how hard are they to break?

Sounds better than any other kind of testing you could do on it.

There are other kinds? Like what?

Whether it's authentic, how comfortable it is, stuff like that.
