I'm sure there have been. They've only just recently been put in the spotlight, however.

I would imagine it is something particularly unpleasant.
Perhaps involving the jettisoning of still-alive bodies into the vacuum of space?

As of right now, there aren't any specifics. We know that they don't believe the refugees should be allowed to live on the Thor, but how or if they plan to get rid of them is still an unknown factor.

Basically, yes. But it's a phase they've apparently never grown out of, and don't seem to want to.

That can be a mixed blessing, however.
So long as sentiments don't escalate we merely have to be worried about getting bitched at.
That's a far cry from being physically beaten.
Annoying, perhaps, but tolerable.

Anonymity provides excellent cover however the disguise may be too easily worn.
