Minutes ago, Dominique Destine attacked a refugee by the name of Ryoji Mochizuki. Mr. Mochizuki has been transformed into an unidentified creature; the details of his transformation are unknown. Analysis of the compounds used in the transformation is in progress and any findings will be reported immediately to the community at large. Mr. Mochizuki's friends should be cautious and aware of the changes.
Meanwhile Miss Destine assumed a form that is likely unrelated to her experimentation on Mr. Mochizuki. Attached is an image of her current form.
