[Marluxia looks into the feed, seeming slightly put out.]
I must admit, while my experiment in... "Lolita fashion" was interesting, it was ultimately a failure.
[He leans back, looking towards his bed, where black and white articles of clothing are spread out.]
I originally took the job in order to get the opportunity to get a change of clothing or two, and the phrase "Lolita"... well, it rolls of the tongue so elegantly, doesn't it?
[He sighs, sitting up straight.]
It seems to be largely a woman's fashion, however. So frilly and decadent... Even the men's fashions are full of ruffles and ribbons. I am made to understand that this style is based off of a bygone era in fashion, re-created for a modern consumer? People were so terribly soft back then, with their tight waistcoats and their satin ribbon ties...
Still, clothing is clothing, I suppose... and as far as jobs go, it was rather uncomplicated and relaxed, and I must admit that the women who shop look rather fetching in their purchases. I could be spending my time doing worse...
[He has a pink ribbon between his fingers, and he just coils them around his leather gloved hands, over and over again, and smiles softly, seeming to enjoy the way the satin slides over his fingers.
