[The stage: Stein's bed. The characters: two well-stitched socks and a stuffed frog with removable stuffed organs. The actors: Stein's hands. The smoke effects: courtesy of Stein's lit cigarette.

...Oh, and he seems to be halfway through the...play...when he starts recording. CLEARLY THIS IS THE BEST SHOW EVER.]

What's next Bobby? [Says Left Hand Sock in Stein's normal voice.]

The heart Stevie. It's a very strong muscle. [Replies Right Hand Sock, also in Stein's normal voice.]

Is this the heart Bobby? [Says Left Hand Sock as he pokes at the stuffed heart in the stuff frog with what appears to be a chopstick.]

Mmf mmf mmf. [Says Right Hand Sock as he lifts the stuffed frog heart with his mouth to show it off to the camera. Then both Left Hand Sock and Right Hand Sock take five as Stein lets his arms go limp to address the camera.]

So is this what you'd consider "kid-friendly television"?...

[Yeah, that's the end of the transmission. Yeah, that was an extremely bizarre sock puppet play you just watched...yeah.]
