Still reading The Tale of Genji.

Sooooo Genji was out wandering in the woods one day when he randomly met a little girl who apparently reminded him so much of his mother, he immediately adopted her to raise into the perfect wife.

She didn't like it, but I don't think anyone really cared what women thought about things like that when this book was written.

Have you ever read Icha Icha?

No. What's that?

It's sorta boring, but ehhh, ero-sennin wrote them. I don't think he cared what women thought either when he wrote them.

But! The Tale of the Utterly Gutsy Shinobi is way better!

Way better than what? Genji or Icha Icha?

Icha Icha, but probably Genji too. It's the best book I've ever read.

[Except he's not really read that many.]

[He's not biased even though the book is the reason he was named Naruto.]

Heh. I already like the title better than Genji. D'you have a copy I could borrow?

You bet your ass I do. I think I have the only copy, 'less ero-sennin's got one too.
