Like being out of control. I can elaborate if you're interested but I doubt you'll understand it until you feel it yourself.

Imagine this: your hands are shaking and you can't control it. Sweat runs down your forehead and back. You're short of breath and no matter how hard you try you can't regulate it.

That's a biological response to fear.

To know more you're going to have to experience it for yourself. The best way to learn is to experiment!~

I'd say the first step is to find someone stronger than you who won't hold back.

thatss ssort what happened today and thatss why im assking

i got into a fight with a bunch of people who were a lot bigger than me but i won anyway

The flaw is with the way you think. "Bigger than me" doesn't mean "stronger than me".

Being threatened isn't enough. Your life has to actually be in danger, in a situation that you can't control.

they were a lot bigger, but im pretty sstrong for my age sso i guess your right

the problem iss if i try experimenting i know ill be putting mysself in that ssituation sso ill have at leasst a little control over it

sso itss more difficult to do it on purposse|

But an experiment you start can spiral out of your control, can't it?

[There is a creaking noise. It's Stein turning his screw.]

Look at it this way. Experiments don't always go the way you plan them and sometimes that's a good thing. Obviously your first experiment didn't work out so you'll just have to revise it and keep trying until you get the outcome you want.
