Hey guys, I finally found a floor with lots of noodle shops! Ramen, udon, vermicelli, you name it!

[The feed switches on, focusing on a large bowl of noodles. Lien's sitting inside one of said noodle shops eating and looking... More contemplative than her usual uppity self. You'd think she'd be more happy getting her noodle fix.]
Chinese New Years is coming up soon... Man, in Little Saigon people would be selling red envelopes, moon cakes, and firecrackers by now. Jonah would buy a lot of firecrackers so I could set them off with the neighborhood kids.
... Guess I'm more homesick than I thought. Hm.
Anyways, this ALMOST tastes good just like home even, but it's missing something. It's got the beef veggies, and lemongrass flavor down, but...
Ah! I know!
[She then proceeds to grab a bottle of bright red chili sauce and dowse the noodles until the broth looks something akin to lava orange-red. Lovely. She looks at the Guide with a smile on her face.]
And THAT'S how you properly eat pho!
