Episode 11 ‡ Manager at Work
[Greetings Thor. Today's video shows Naomi, looking either positively bored or very much annoyed. It could honestly be either or; she's very good at complex emotions. What is she doing? Simple, she's flipping through the security cameras of the Happy 99 Mart. Yes, she's a manager. Why is she annoyed? Simple; the cameras seem to be screwed up. One shows the counter, one shows the butchers, two show aisles, another... shows a riceball. Another... is an overhead shot of the Happy 99 Mart... What?]
[She pauses on one though. Seems there's a ticking package besides the frozen food... in the direct corner. Who set up these cameras?? And why a bomb suddenly? She gets up and walks out of the room. The door can be heard closing and, in a few minutes, she appears on the security screen.]
This is poorly constructed...
[She kneels down, taking a scalpal out of her pocket... the ticking stops after she tweaks the bomb and effectively dismantles it into pieces. Suddenly there's a purring. Alice the winged cat blocks out the rest of the security footage by laying on the guide. The feed ends.]
