[And a different voice begins speaking:]
Ugh...every time. Now where were we? Oh yes! Improbability Drive, don't panic, things will return to normal in a few days, the usual. You all know the drill by now, and if you don't, I'm sure some good Samaritan will be more than happy to explain it to you.
Any complaints about the evictions from Stowaways can be taken up at the complaints department. Unfortunately, they're currently out of forms, and the yellow-and-pink striped paper they print their Official Stowaways Eviction Complaint Forms on is on backorder for the next month, but that's not really my problem so actually I'm not quite sure why I mentioned it at all.

Break out the booze and hide the kids, because the event has begun! To refresh:
× Characters of participating players will find their clothing suddenly and mysteriously replaced with various costumes. This can happen at any time - while they're on their way to work, taking a stroll in the park, napping on the couch...whenever, it's up to you!
× Either the character's closet is suddenly empty of any regular clothes, or is now just as full...with other costumes. So whether your character is stuck as a moogle for the duration of the event or if they mix it up and change into that snazzy chocobo costume is totally up to you!
× The opt-out is, of course, that this doesn't affect all the characters, so if you'd rather not have a costume for your character, there's no need to come up with one!
× While your character is costumed, they might unconsciously pick up the costume's persona, and begin displaying it in their everyday interactions. Again, how severely your character is affected is totally up to you - just have fun with it!
× Along with odd personality blips, a costume will grant its wearer some extremely limited but hopefully hilarious powers. Tinkerbell might inadvertently drop glitter everywhere, while Superman might find that his ability to leap a tall building in a single bound is a bit of a stretch, and that it's more 'squat domicile' than 'tall building' and less of a 'single bound' than it is a series of dramatic and vaguely impressive leaps. If you're unsure about anything, though, of course we'd like for you to ask!
On the eviction front - we plan to have the characters who have already responded to the Promotions and upgrades post moved by late Saturday afternoon. There's still plenty of time to sign up to be kicked out (or re-roomed as usual), so if you'd like to move your character this month, let us know by the 5th! And a huge thank you to everyone who's been so willing to help us out with this. You guys are the best. <3
