Maybe the big ones like Christmas and stuff. But there are a lot of holidays that are about specific people, and not religion. Americans really like those holidays.

I read about them back home.

Halloween was something started by a church, I know, though. Not that anyone really cares anymore.

Then again, people tend to take their beliefs with them. And cling to them when faced with some horrible crisis like their planet getting blown to smithereens. Kind of figures they'd want something like Halloween (ghosts, evil spirits, etc) to blame this crap on.
