The rules constantly contradict themselves!

Then why are their conditions and sub-conditions as to when you are allowed to summon more than one monster at a time?

"Section 3-G: Should contestant B be in possession of additional monetary support, exceptions on turns ending in primary numbers may bypass the single-monster rule and select anywhere from three to twelve cards for use in play."

...what does that even MEAN?!

.....what? I've never heard anything like that. You can only summon additional monsters per turn if you have cards, and play them right, that says you can.

Maybe I should teach you, instead of you reading whatever that is. It's wrong, I can tell you that.
