[the feed opens up to a quaint little
puppet show stage that looks like it's just been set up in the middle of someone's room. for a while, nothing happens... and then the curtains open with a flourish!
two hands emerge from behind the drapes, then begin to "converse".]
"Aaand welcome back to... wait, what? You're sayin' we don't even have a title? What kind of half-assed crap is this?"
"Ahh, Ken-ken, don't say things like that! There are kids watching!"
"Shut up, Kon-kon! I'll say whatever I want! You know what, here's what we'll do. Let's do that song. It's not like our writers care enough to consider kids, anyway. -Hey, on second thought, it's actually pretty educational!"
"Waaah, you shut up! A-and besides... won't we get in trouble for that? Calling it e-educational is pushing it a little, don't you think...? This is supposed to be a family show, but that song has a lot of-"
"Ehhh, who cares? It isn't the worst song we could be doing! We're not even being paid to do this. There's nothin' to lose! Hit it!"
[from an unseen source, music starts playing... and the two hands start singing
this song. minus the video, of course, I just love it so much that it needs to be shared. ): Ken-ken, the rude right hand, takes the part of Gary, while Kon-kon, the shy left hand, sings for Nicky. true to the song, when they finish, Ken-ken starts cackling, while Kon-kon looks downcast... or, well, as downcast as a hand can look, anyway.]
"Oh, suck it up, you loser! That was amazing, wasn't it? Tune in next time and we'll see what kind of crap we can get past the radar then!"
"Y-yeah, if we haven't been canceled..."
