[The guide is set up to show Patchy in her bed. She doesn't look all too well. The lighting in the room is rather poor, only a single lantern off-camera lets the video actually show something. The girl's voice is quiet and somewhat strained.]

*cough* The... usual symptoms of a cold; coughing, sneezing, probably a fever... I can barely even stand up and walk a few steps...
