Today I was approved to conduct interviews for department hiring. I interviewed two potential employees today. I will be the first, and after some conferencing, the last say in whether the lives of two people are fundamentally changed because of what I think about them and their skills.
So if I can be a hiring manager for (admittedly) low-level positions at a 7 billion dollar company...why can't I pass a simple personality test? I am an odd one.
But I do have some guidance, and some new goals. Time to save up to start taking some certification tests.
