1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 23.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the text of the sentence in your journal...
5. ...along with these instructions.

I don't know what it is about these things... they're just more fun than actually thinking and composing a decent entry worth reading.
