The Hunt Has Begun
Went and saw a place today that would be kind of awesomely perfect if we can swing it. Just depends on if we can get the manager to lower the rent. Hopefully he will, since the super-sweet chick living there currently says that there are a bunch of empty units in the building, and he might be willing to go lower just to fill the unit. ::crosses fingers:: It will mostly be a matter of seeing if we can swing move-in costs.
