So, as many of you know, this is Rocky. He's a lunatic. He's a sweetie though when it really comes down to it.
However, what causes this insanity within him? A recent photo shows some shocking and revealing new evidence as to why he is this way.
The culprit? You guessed it. Straight up cocaine.
The other effects of this designer drug is an increase in one of Rocky's many skills. Again, you guessed it. Dancing.
