I'm looking for an online nursery for ordering shrubs. There's a specific shrub, Summerwine Ninebark, that I want and I've yet to find it locally. I may try ordering from a local nursery but if I could order and have it shipped to me that would be easier. Does anyone have experience ordering shrubs online and any recommendations? I found this

I was in Newport, RI over Memorial Day weekend and these shrubs seemed to be growing wild along the coast. Does anyone know what this is? Looks like a witch hazel to me, but isn't it pretty late in the season for them to still be blooming?

I've narrowed the list down to Little Giant Arborvitae (Arborvitae occidentalis 'Little Giant' ), Dwarf Boxwood (Buxus sempervirens 'Suffruticosa') or a mini yew (taxus densiformisthe space is small so it's going to be heavily pruned
