Bright bright sun/ boho wedding

I would like to pretty up a wire fence by planting some kind of vine on it. I am having a backyard wedding in January so I want to plant now in order for it to have as much time as possible to cover the fence. My main problem though is the fact that much of this fence gets bright hot sun all day (I am in central florida, zone 9) and it dries out and kills anything that tries to start growing even when I give it plenty of water at sundown.

Is there any kind of climbing plant or vine that loves hours and hours of sun and humidity? A bonus would be blooms in chilly weather, but it's ok if I just have the green.
