what is the story with this bush?
We moved into our house this April, and now that I've pretty much done or planned the gardens in the backyard, I've been turning my eye to the front of the house. We have two of these bushes (I guess if you can call it a bush since it's laying on the ground) that I don't know what to do with. I think it's some kind of Euonymus, and many of my neighbors have them, but in their gardens they look like a nice, upright, sprightly bush instead of like this:
Do you know if there is a type of euonymus that just kind of lays on the ground? Should I cut it back and see if it grows upright? Should I just rip it out? My husband kind of likes them, but I feel like they look stupid all flat on the ground.
