2 years ago, my neighbours cut down an heirloom rose bush that was in our front yard (still unsure about whose side it was on). Last year I noticed it was starting to come back with little twiggy rose sticks on my side of the yard. I tried to protect them from the weed whacker. This year, they're back, but larger (six inches) and budding. I have no idea how long the whole bush was there, would it be possible to transplant the sticklings?
Or anyone have any suggestions on how to keep them safe? They're near my garden patch...but kinda more in the center of the lawn.
Even though I didn't really like it because it always had spiders on it, now that it's gone, I miss it. Her coming back is a sign that she belongs in the yard.
Thanks
