An urban homestead blog
I like sharing gardening blog links when the posts ride the line between personal and informative. I like the personal aspect because it makes me feel like I can do it too, but it needs to have a lot of info for me to repeat of I want to.
I've been reading a blog from Dog Island Farm, at http://www.dogislandfarm.com/
They have 1/4 of an acre, somewhere in Cali (so perfect weather, lol, unfair) with chickens, turkeys, rabbits and a few pygmy goats.
Just thought I'd share for something to read on this dreary weekend. I have end of season stuff to do outside AND in, instead I'm cuddled up on the futon with my dogs, coffee, and the laptop. ;)
