Are these bugs?
After controlling the aphid situation on my strawberry plant I have been watching it like a hawk, super paranoid for any other bugs/problems. And, sure enough, I have found something else concerned about:

Are these bugs? The closest I could find was mealybugs but I have no idea and thought it would be best to ask the people who know what they are talking about: you guys! Thank you again :)
