Apple Trees

We need to prune our apple trees. They are about two years old, maybe 10' high, and still small. Just a few apples last year, but they are growing wrong as we know it and need to be pruned.

Anyone have a good place for info on this? Video's would be appreciated. As it's our first pruning on any of our fruit trees, and we obviously want the apples to grow.
