yes, I'm growing several hot varieties over winter. I like mild ones too, but burn my mouth, yeah!

Very cool, which varieties? My fiancee loves the mild ones, she uses them to make really good curries and such. =)

Awesome, how hot are the Napalam vs. normal Habanero?
Seed up! :)

Sweet! I dry most of my chilies, fire roasting sounds like a cool option though.

I'm the same way to a fault. hehe I tried fresh Fatalii chilies once; the flavor was to die for... my digestive system was saying something different. lol

My fiancee is the same way, I swear the woman has zero tolerance for chile heat. Working on her though, I did sneak in some dried Chocolate Hsabanero powder into the meat for dinner last night and she didn't freak out. lol My grandmopther overseasoned stuffing with black pepper once, it was the one time I ever tasted a dish that was actually 'Hot' from black pepper. lol Eeeee Peas, I'm with you for the most part.

I bet, so you havfe a chile patch on one side and a run of peas on the other? It's like Westside story. lol
