Hardy hibiscus in N TX
Wondering if any of you that are in my area (Ft Worth) have any hardy hibiscus and how they have handled the summer? They are supposed to be full sun, but full sun this summer around here was LOTS of sun. Mine get sun in the afternoon/evening and they have not been happy at all. They are growing and blooming some, but the sun has taken a toll on them because the leaves are kind of scorched and they did not flower much. I am going to move them to the other side of the yard so that they get morning and not evening sun, and put other more sun-friendly stuff in, but I was curious as to how yours might have fared. Mine are 2 years old, by the way.
