Wow you have a huge yard to play with. As far as weed or plants go I have no idea. I would look it up. It looks like a plant but who know. Ii would keep it unless it it overpopulating the yard.

Yeah, those are fruit, not flowers on there, but what they are, I'm not sure.

I don't know what your plant/weed is, but a general great resource for gardening in Colorado is the CSU Extension site: http://www.ext.colostate.edu/

I'm in Denver and we use their info all the time on planting, IDing stuff, how to deal with problems, etc. It's pretty comprehensive.

What a great piece of land, kind of looks like my neighborhood which is SE Denver off Hampden. Looks like you have a lot of options and will have a lot of fun planning it out. I bet some fruit trees would be great on your property. My Plum does quite well in our crazy Denver weather (especially crazy this year!)

Thanks! We have what the previous owner said is a fuji apple tree and a gooseberry bush. I'd love to put in some more fruit trees! Do you think we can grow peaches here?

How tall is the plant? What kind of stems does it have, are they woody inside, or green and juicy, or...?

The bushes are wide, but only 2-3 feet at the tallest. The stems are pretty woody inside, but green all the way through. Not juicy.
