fire ants in garden
I treated my whole yard and garden with bug be gone a few months ago and everything is starting to come back. It says it treats for three months and I was just wondering if it would be a good idea to treat my garden with a combination of bug be gone and spinosad. I tried spinosad before and and it was ok. It did kill some of the smaller,newer mounds but everything medium size and up had to be killed with bug be gone. I think it would be a good product to use between bug be gone applications so I don't use too many chemicals. I really don't have much of a choice but to use chemicals because last year we tried the natural approach with the ants and they ended up in our bedroom eating us alive,plus we have two kitties that need to be kept safe. I also have a neighbor who refuses to treat her lawn and therefore the ants just come from her house to mine. Any recommendations of garden safe products for ants would be greatly appreciated as well.
