Beginner (vermi)composting
What's the smallest container I can use to successfully do composting or vermicomposting? I'm in an apartment and officially out of space on my back porch (so says my husband) but there's space around my porch that I can use. I'm hesitant to use the laundry-basket sized tubs because our bedroom overlooks the porch and I'm convinced it'll sound like a drum whenever it rains (we already have to be careful about table placement). I thought about maybe making a five gallon bucket sized one and putting it under the kitchen sink.
Thoughts? Comments? Recommendations?
