Our neighbors to the south, who have in the past proven to be not so nice, planted lily of the valley right next to the fence we share. I had forgotten they did this last year and that some of it came up on our side, and I didn't know it was so invasive. I can't take a picture at the moment because it's dark, but I'm pretty sure that's what it is. Looks like it and it has spread.
Now it's coming up through our brand new sod. Wonderful.
If they won't do anything about it, and given how crappy they've been in the past I think they might refuse, what can we do to get rid of it? I don't want it in our yard - it's poisonous to dogs, and we have a puppy who thinks everything is fair game for eating. It's poisonous to people too, but we're a little choosier about what we put in our mouths.
I looked up some things, but I'm not sure what can be used on/near new sod.
Thanks in advance.
