on off topic thought on the earlier iresine/ipomoea post:
I am in the SF Bay Area in Cali (what is that Zone 9-10 for Redwood City? this is what the plant hardiness zone map tells me) and it may be a silly little curious detail on my part, but when I read someone saying they are in this zone or that zone I often wonder what state or area they are in as well. I don't have the zones in my head as a map, and I'm just too lazy to go looking them up, but I must say that I enjoyed in the last post how someone commented "I'm in central Texas, zone 7/8".
Is that just me? Does anyone else read a zone and wonder where it is? Just friendly curiosity! I always love the photos in this community too!
