Apart from expensive live traps, are there any ways I can prevent the act I caught this squirrel in the other day? He's eating my peaches. I've never gotten more than a few peaches a season because squirrels and such always gobble them up half-ripe. I live in central Texas, if that helps.
Also, I'm new. I've gardened forever but I never thought to look for gardening communities online. When I was a kid I spent every second outside, playing in the dirt and seeing what happened. I can't say I have much plant knowledge other than those experiments from when I was little, and all of the things my dad has told me - but its been enough to get me a nice green garden and enough compliments to keep my ego going. I mostly stick to vegetables, herbs, and easy flowers, but I have a growing Thing for cacti and more exotic plants. This community looks like its really neat :)
