Just got back from Finland and still feel jazzed. Definitely, the experience was a high point in my professional career, and satisfying personally as well

Oh my goodness, I laughed so hard I had tears in my eyes! I was just in that train station yesterday, and seeing those very serious looking Finns (only once in a while did they crack a smile) there was just too funny. Thanks!
I don't know what German coffee is like, but my friend Johanna says she has been banned from making coffee for the office because she makes it too weak. She puts coffee in her cup 1/3 of the way and fills the rest with water and milk, so it does sound strong.
Yeah, see the glass of water with the spoon next to the coffee cup in this icon? That's how coffee is served in Vienna (the Germans don't seem to do this as far as I've seen). You're supposed to be able to weaken it a bit with the water if it's too strong. I always just drink the water, though. And now most US coffee is too weak for me. Oh well-- it keeps me from drinking bad coffee at the office.
