That can easily be arranged, but it also depends on what sort of frosting he prefers-- though given this weather, it may end up getting an extra frosting layer of snow on top of that.

Now that I think about it, there was a blizzard somewhat like this a few years back. Of course, back then there also wasn't any electricity to worry about. I suppose you could consider it both a blessing and a curse in that sense.
