One more week, and then it's March! Winter will be over soon, I can hardly wait. It sounds like there's lots of things people want to get done around the village, which should get easier with the snow melting. And it'll be pretty as a picture too.

I don't think it was a complete failure. [It's a touch defensive, especially because she'd wanted it to work out for Goroh and Litchi so much...! Despite still not knowing Litchi's name.] It looked like you had fun with her.

Fun, maybe. But Litchi's just a friend anyways. [It's not like he could ever see her in any other light, after all.]

Just a friend. [She echoes it back with a hint of relief.] Well, that's...nice. It's nice you two get along so well, I was convinced at first.

Like I told you, the whole thing was a show to get you to reveal yourself. And it worked, so I guess I can't complain too much.

I can't complain either. It did give us a chance to talk. [She smiles, then thinks of something.] Say, Goroh, do you like flowers at all?

Flowers, eh? You know, my line of work, I don't get too see too many of them.

Really? That's too bad...you know, there's lots at the flower shop, you can always come see them. What do you do back home? [Be warned, Goroh, you are the newly-discovered love interest of a curious person. THERE MAY BE QUITE A FEW QUESTIONS.]

[And he'd LOVE to answer them. Just not in a public communication system. Feelings or not, he hasn't completely lost all sense of self-preservation.] Tell you what, I wouldn't mind seeing some flowers. This place is pretty depressing, it'll be nice to see something alive around here.

Then, come on over! I'll be here--to show you all the flowers. The shop's behind the bakery.

[Flowers? Really? Well, it's not like he has anything better to do, right? Besides, he'd hate to disappoint whatshername.] I'll be over in a few minutes then.

[And in a few minutes, he DOES arrive. Which is extraordinary, given that he usually likes to leave people waiting a good half hour before showing up. He gives the shop a look around with a somewhat impressed look.] Flowers in the winter, Pinky. Impressive.

[Just like he said he would! And awww she's got a nickname. Though she should probably let him know her name.] I'm Aerith--oh, and Flonne works here too. I didn't do this all myself. Faeren helps the flowers grow too. [But she is proud about the flowers, looking over them with fondness before looking at Goroh again.] Anyway, this is what I do. When I'm not up to any mischief, of course~

Oh right. Faeren's one of those spirit things, right? Magic and shit. [He idly fingers a nearby flower in his hand, taking in the texture. Nice and soft.]

Mischief like hooking up a man with the wrong woman, right?

Wrong...? [Which means there's a right one. Her heart sinks, but she tries to keep any disappointment off her face, her eyes briefly avoiding his. Really she wants him to be happy, that's what the "date" was all about. Only not. She's soon smiling broadly again and looks back up.] So, how long have you known Miss Right?

[His face is solid and serious as he considers who his lady is. Miss Right?] Well, I've only met her fairly recently in a bit of a mix up. Matter of fact, I only recently even learned her real name. Fun fact? She only knows my last name.
