Last night Joe made an amazing dinner. Joe is not the most adventurous cook, while he likes good food, he usually prepares it quite simply, a grilled porterhouse, a roast chicken, fried pork chops, roast pork, grilled lamb,,, no fancy sauces, not many sides, not a lot of "extras".
