Ask Me Anthing, part 2

I have taken a day or two think about this question and I think the answer is simple - my bosses, and to be more exact - my bosses' lack of planning, professionalism, or compassion. There is not much that I get to do during that day that I wouldn't enjoy if they hadn't sucked all the life out of the place. I mean, who doesn't enjoy working with cases of heavy cream, 50 lb bags of sugar, 100's of lbs of flour, chocolate, eggs, etc and making magic with them. If anyone doubts that this magic has never watched pate a choux go from dirty paste to glorious pastry in minutes.
I could go on and on with examples of how bad it is - but that seems to be all I post about lately. I am trying hard to leave that at work and find some joy, peace and contentment in my life.
So, I hope that answers that, at least in part.
So anyone else have a question - the daffodils are still not in bloom, so I have plenty of time to answer.
