Shaking My Head
Though it is not my job to admonish the slips and trip-overs of Army members (which I leave with half-regret to the wiser Love, Wisdom and Peace), there are times when I must do my part.
You go where you are made to go, but never assume you are going away from danger, or from attack.
You pursue your own fragile, human desires, but remember that your first desire must be that of the Lord's, or you shall perish.
All of your actions must be done with conscious awareness of their consequences, whether for good or for ill. If you persist in something you know must not be done, or if you refuse to do what is Ordered of you... you shall perish.
Never forget that you first loyalty is to the Lord, and that each member in the Army, though built upon human trust and faithfulness, will never suffice the comfort of the Father. Trust in Him first... alone, if need be... but never waiver in this, or you shall be tested over and over again on the same trials.
Claim your right as child and soldier of God; you are with power to push back the darkness, and with might to go into it under His forebearance.
Strive to remember these things, my fellow soldiers, lest all your work be misused and manipulated by the Enemy.
