im so tired. its ten and i still havent started my homework.oh well.
well a week or two ago was my sister's 1 year sober for A.A. so tonight was the celebration meeting for it. at 6 30 we went to dinner at the corner bakery with me my mom nathan and eric and a few other people from leah's group.
then at around 7 45 we went over to the celebration meeting and my sister chose someone to speak for her, and this other guy was celebrating 4 years and he had someone speak for him.
SO these people stood up there and told there stories leading up to A.A. Its amazing how people can turn there lives around so much. I mean going from using heroine and probably every other drug you can think of, to completely sober is crazy.
Im so amazed with my sister. im so proud of her,and i dont tell her that enough. i mean to think of how things were before,just a year ago. and then to think of the way things are now. to think of what she went through,and what we went through together. i dont know how someone could do that.
im so thankful for the way things are now. I admire her so much.
