I'm afraid S.E.E.S. is reserved for persona-users only. It is just too much risk to place in the hands of a civilian.

However, it isn't certain just yet that you are without. Just being able to experience the Dark Hour means that you have the potential.

This is called an Evoker. Before you ask, it is not a regular gun, nor does it contain any bullets. It is also not a weapon, but rather a device specifically designed to release a persona. Fire it at your head, and your persona will release, should you have one.

If not, that's that.
