I kinda forgot to mention it, because I've been so busy, but I'm back in Chengdu, China right now. I spent a week in Yangjuan Village with Steve Harrell and some of the new students in the exchange program. I got some good research done for my senior thesis, and did a bit of hiking too. For the past few days I've been hanging out with old friends here, staying out late and sleeping in late, and eating nothing but delicious Sichuan food. Tomorrow, I'm getting up early to go to
Jiu Zhai Gou, a scenic nature reserve up in the mountains. I've never been there before, but everyone here says it's gorgeous. I'm heading back to Seattle on Monday the 11th.
