Sims2 Music
It's awesome. I can't deny.

(Don't ask about Maxis' logic. They suck.)
~Metal: Defies all laws of awesomeness.
~Techno: Not at all techno. More house, some chill. Goddamn, I sound stupid.
~HipHop: The singers are young and the rap is too English-sounding. But it's still amusing in an 80s sort of way.
~Pop: Not that Pop'py, in my mind. Some of it reminds me of Christian rock (particularly a band I can't recall the name of) and one song makes me think of Michelle Branch o_O
~RnB: I don't care for the stuff in reality, and this ports over to the Sims as well.
~Salsa: It never ends, just like the real thing! :D It's awesome, because it's still jibberjabber, but it sounds Spanish. Awesomeness.

The metal is awesome: the first song is like Cradle of Filth; the second is beautiful and kinda CoF-ish; the third is really heavy and unintelligible (much like 90% of the heavy stuff); the fourth is hard and heavy again (and clearly the same artist!); the fifth reminds me a lot of Rammstein, as does the sixth, then the last song is sweet and similar to the second song, but very lyrical.
Anyway, I'm too lazy to go through the rest of the music, but let me know which ones you want and I'll send 'em out to you. genmulder, we were listening to the metal track in the back about a week ago when kyle was showing off how much sims metal and "real" metal are completely unable to be understood. tre awesome.
You know its sad when you sing the words to songs that have no meaning. Some of it is just so... good though! Damnit!
